CRAIG H. DILL
Mr. Dill received a B.A. degree in Political Science from University of Michigan
in 1967. He received a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School
in 1971. Mr. Dill is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and a member
of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Dill is admitted to
practice in Federal District Court and the United States Claims Court. Mr. Dill
served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Saginaw County in 1971-72.
SUSAN A. WHALEY-BRADY
Ms. Whaley-Brady graduated from Western Michigan University in 1980 and Thomas M.
Cooley Law School in 1986. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the
Michigan Bar Association. Ms. Whaley-Brady specializes in family law and is a member
of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She also is past Chairperson
of the Saginaw County Domestic Relations Committee as well as past President of
the Saginaw County Bar Association. She continues to be a member of the Saginaw
County Bar Association as well as the Bay County Bar Association. Ms. Whaley-Brady
has practiced family law for twenty years and is well respected by the tri-county
Judiciary for her knowledge and advocacy skills she exhibits in the courtroom on
behalf of her clients.
COLIN DILL
Colin M. Dill Mr. Dill received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University
of Michigan in 2004. Mr. Dill received his Juris Doctor degree Cum Laude from Michigan
State University College of Law in 2007. Mr. Dill is a member of the Michigan Bar
Association and the Saginaw County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in
the United States District Court.

Whaley-Brady combined their successful separate practices to form the preeminent
